The BIRD Foundation

COIL is the official representative in Colorado of the Israel-United States Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation, which awards up to $1.5 million in non-dilutive capital grant funding for joint R&D projects between U.S. and Israeli companies.

We work with BIRD to connect Colorado based companies with Israeli partners and to assist them in the grant application process, including:

Assistance in identifying suitable projects and partners for BIRD funding.

Support through the application process, including proposal writing and compliance requirements.

Post-award support to
maximize project success and impact.

We invite both COIL members and non-members to contact us to discuss whether BIRD is right for your company.
